THE NZEMA ASSOCIATION IN THE DIASPORA (NAD)

Founded in 2018, NAD is a non-profit organization uniting Nzema people across the globe to support communities in Nzemaland, Ghana, and Côte d’Ivoire. With a focus on health, education, and economic development, NAD strives to make a lasting impact both in the diaspora and at home.

MISSION

To enhance the quality and relevance of higher education, health, environment, and culture in Nzema and strengthen its contribution to Nzema’s development.

VISION

To be the leading advocate for peace in the region, higher education, a good healthy environment, infrastructure development cultural projects and preserve our cultural heritage in Nzema, with the capacity to provide support for its members in meeting local, national, continental, and global needs.

PROJECTS

In the past 25 years, the Nzema Associations’ chapters have realized different charitable projects.

Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Hospital & Research Center

NAD is raising $265 million to build a state-of-the-art hospital in Nzemaland to improve access to healthcare for rural communities
